When you see the INFOGRAMES logo, enter Up, Down, t, c, t, c, then
you will see a message "Lock Off", then quickly hold the following buttons:
UNLIMITED TIME: Left + L1
NARROW TRACKS: Left + L2
RESTART RACE: Left + R2
ALL CHEATS: Left + L1 + L2 + R1 + R2
DEBUG MODE: Left, Right
