Enter these codes at the character select screen, press "del" and enter the name. Spacing on the codes may or may not be right, I haven't had time to check them all. Use lowercase. Codes like ITSGALLUS remain enabled for that character permanently. The others only last for that session, you can keep reseting and adding new codes and they have an accumulative effect. These seem to affect all characters until you restart. Be careful turning of the cops, you may need them to complete some missions.
